The use of maintenance and repair work for yorklaser laser engraving machine

1.Good ground

Laser power and machine body must have good ground protection, the earth wire should apply the special earth wire that less than 4Q.The necessities are as following: (1) can assure the laser power to work normally (2) can extend the life of laser tube (3) can avoid external interference and prevent the machine bouncing. (4) Avoid the high voltage discharging and result in circuit injury. Make sure good ground!

2. Make sure the cooling water is fluent

No matter is the tap water or circulating water pump, must keep the water stream fluent. The cooling water will take away the laser tube's heat, the more water temperature, the lower output power(15-20^oC water temperature is good); When removing the water, the laser tube intracavity accumulates heat and result in tube end jarring, even damage the laser power. So always check whether the cooling water is fluent is very necessary. When the water pipe has collerette ruff or disarticulation and lead to water pump is out of order, we must repair promptly, for fear that the power reduce and will damage the equipment.

3.clean maintenance, good air discharging, wipe at any time

Machine's clean maintenance is the necessary condition to assure the machine's normal work. Just think if people's arthrosis becomes not nimble, how can we act? The same logic, the machine guide rail is high-precision core parts, we must clean the machine after we finish each work, keep bright and clean and smoothing; we need to oiling the bearing regularly, in that case we can make the driver flexible, precise processing, extending the life of machine.

4.The environment temperature and humidity

The environment temperature needs to be 5-35^oC, specially attention is: if we use the laser engraver in the below freezing environment, we must follow this：(1) Prevent the circulating water in the laser tube freezing, we must let the water out completely. (2) When start the machine, laser electric current must preheat five minutes then could work, on a cloudy day or in damp environment, laser power should preheat much longer, after removing the humidity then can exert high pressure, in case high pressure electric circuit puncture.

5. Using the "laser high pressure" button correctly

When get through the "laser high pressure" button, laser power is on standby, when touch "manual glaring" or computer misoperation will emit laser, hurt people or animal. So when finish a piece of work, if don't do the continuous processing, we should turn off "laser high pressure"，(the laser power can don't turn off), when turn off the machine operator forbid to get away, in case have an accident, we suggest the working time needs to be less than 5 hours, it can rest 30 minutes in the intermediate.

6. Far from big electrical quantity and strong shock equipment

Unexpected big electrical quantity's disturbance sometimes will make the laser eengraving machine out of order, although it is rare, we need to avoid try our best. So, such as the big electric welding machine, giant electric mechanical stirrer and large-scale power transmission and transformation equipment, we need to keep away. Strong shock equipment go without saying, such as presses, vibration that induced by the close-up motor vehicle's run etc, ground's obvious flicker is unfavorable to the precise engraving.

7. Prevent thunder assault

As long as the building defend thunder measures are reliable. The article one in this section "good ground" is helpful for defending thunder.

Special suggestion:
In the internet and electricity unstable area( the voltage's fluctuation exceed 5% or more), kindly please install a voltage regulation power whose volume at least over 3000 W, avoid voltage fluctuate suddenly and burn down the circuit and computer.

8. Maintain and control the stability of PC

To control PC mainly used in controlling engrave equipments. Besides retrofit necessary plane design software, special plane must make dedication.

Owning to the computer retrofit the network card and clean virus radiation wall, will seriously affect the controlling machine speed. Please don't install clean virus radiation wall on the controlling machine, if we need network card to carry on data communication, please forbid to use network card before starting the engraver machine.

9. The maintenance of guide rail: In the process of guide rail's moving, the unprocessed materials will produce a lot of dust. Maintenance methods: First, we need to use cotton wipe the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail, after we wipe it clean, we need to spread a film of lubricating oil. Maintenance period: about one month.

10. Maintenance of plug fan: After the plug fan works a period of time, plug fan and exhaust duct will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the plug fan's discharge air efficiency, result in a lot of dust can't discharge. Maintenance method: loosen the connection hose clip between exhaust duct and plug fan, set down the exhaust duct, clean out the dust in the exhaust duct and plug fan. Maintenance period: about one month.

11. Screw's fixture: When the movement system works a preriod of time, the screws in the movement junction will loose, if the screws loose it will affect the stationarity of mechanical movement. Maintenance method: By using the tools that sent together with the machine to fix the screws one by one. Maintenance period: about one month.

12. Mirror's maintenance: After the machine works a period of time, the mirror will attach a coat of dust on the surface because of the working environment, which will reduce the reflecting mirror's reflectivity and lens' transmittance, finally will affect the laser's operating power. Maintenance method: Use the absorbent cotton to dip in ethyl alcohol and wipe the surface of mirror follow the clockwise, wipe out the dust.

If we can follow the above instuctions as much as possible, then our machine will always keep and improve the product's processing quality, ultimately realize the stable high benefits.
